Nowadays, with our busy schedules, we don’t get the time for the gym, yoga, and other exercise routines.  Do easy home workouts like freehand exercises.  Make sure you work out for at least 30 minutes a day. Measure the Weight and keep a track of your body weight on weekly basis will help you see what you’re losing and what you’re gaining.

Reduce Sitting and Screen Time. Even people who exercise daily could be at risk for diabetes and heart disease and stroke if they spend lots of time sitting in front of computers. Practically you could consider taking breaks from sedentary time, such as walking around a couple of times a day.
