Dokra art is a non-ferrous metal craft that uses the cire perdue or the lost wax technique.  It is a labor-intensive and time-consuming process.

The main ingredients of the process involve acquiring metal sheets or pieces, clay and chaff for the mold, and wood for the furnace to heat the wax.
