BROWSING THE ONLINE STORE 

Your main guide to browsing the online store is to use the main navigation menu, which has the names of the different product categories (Handicrafts, Paintings, Handlooms and Textiles, Accessories, Utility Items, Wedding Gifts).

You can reach the product listing page by hovering your cursor over a category name in the main navigation menu, and clicking on one of the items in the dropdown menu. Each subcategory of products can be sorted based on popularity, rating, latest item, price, and name. Once you see an individual item in this menu you may click on that item to get more product details and closer images.

The top of each product page has a trail, which shows where you have been. To return to a previous page or subcategory, you can click on this trail which will bring you back. You can also go to the top Navigation Bar to move to a different product category.

You may also search for any product/service on the search bar next by using any keywords of your choosing. The pricing of the products will depend on the region you are buying from (If you are buying from India, the price will be shown in INR and if buying from outside India, the price will be shown in USD).

SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT 

You do not need to set up an account with www.sonajuriarts.com to make any purchases. There are numerous advantages to set up an account, therefore it is recommended that to avail of any value-added features like saving a delivery address, earning cashback on your wallet, earning reward points or availing any promotions on offer, that you set up an account.

SHOPPING PRODUCTS AND CHECKING OUT 

When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart, click on the Add to Cart button. You can continue to add items to your shopping cart until you are ready to Checkout. Click on the cart button on the top right side of the page.

You can add or delete any products before proceeding to checkout. Once you are satisfied with your order, then click on Proceed to Checkout or you can directly click on Checkout. You will be asked to fill in the billing details like Name, Country, Email Address, Billing Address, etc.

Select a payment option like Credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking, etc.  You can also use your Wallet money to purchase the products if you have the amount available in your wallet. Check the terms and conditions box and then click on the Place Order button.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR REFUND POLICY 

Note: It is requested to the customer that while opening the package of the item purchased from sonajuriarts.com against the order, a video of the opening of the package may please be taken. This is to be done, so that if the item comes out damaged, the claim of the customer for the damage can be verified for its genuinity and also there is no ambiguity in case of any dispute. No offence is meant to our esteemed customer, but this is done to honour our relation as “CUSTOMER IS PRIME TO US”.
